Dogs and cats are welcome at 3300 Tamarac! All pets must be spayed or neutered upon move-in and up to date on vaccinations. A signed Animal Addendum is required. We also welcome birds and fish with written management approval; fish tanks may not exceed 55 gallons. No exotic animals are permitted.

All residents must complete a pet screening profile, regardless of pet ownership. If you have an emotional support or service animal, all fees are waived with valid documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.
